The nature of the project: Rational analysis on team project, time management and decision

場(chǎng)地器材：專業(yè)拓展訓(xùn)練場(chǎng)地或草坪地面，孤島求生任務(wù)書和所需其他器材等

The equipment: Professional development training field or lawn ground, the island survival task book, other equipment needed and so on.

項(xiàng)目描述：場(chǎng)景為一支科考隊(duì)，被困三個(gè)島嶼（珍珠島、啞人島、盲人島）后的求生過程

Project description: The scene is the process of a science team’s survival after being trapped in three islands (Pearl Island, dumb Island, and blind Island).

項(xiàng)目意義：此活動(dòng)的考驗(yàn)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員在多任務(wù)背景下的任務(wù)細(xì)分與決策能力，同時(shí)檢測(cè)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的時(shí)間管理與溝通協(xié)調(diào)力。

Project significance: The activity examines members' task segmentation and decision-making ability in a multi task background, while testing members' abilities of time management and communication coordination.

注意事項(xiàng)： 

1、著裝要求輕便，不著裙裝，西裝、皮鞋等，鞋子需運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑防滑鞋。

2、聽從教練安排和牢記動(dòng)作要領(lǐng)，按操作流程和安全步驟進(jìn)行，嚴(yán)禁擅作主張，不聽指揮與協(xié)調(diào)。

Notice:

1. Dress casual, don't wear skirt, suits, leather shoes. Shoes should be casual, anti-skid, and suitable for sports.

2. Follow the coach's instructions and keep in mind the essentials. Follow the operation procedure and safety steps. It is strictly forbidden to make a decision without authorization, not to listen to the command and coordination.
