The nature of the project: Team project, leadership and communication

場地器材：專業(yè)拓展訓(xùn)練場地或平整場地，籃球場大小，專業(yè)的無菌眼罩和盲陣?yán)K（30米）。

The equipment: Professional development training field, the size of the basketball court, professional aseptic eye mask and blind array (30 meters).

項(xiàng)目描述：參與隊(duì)員在蒙上眼睛的狀態(tài)下通過語言描述和想象力，完成將繩子排成一定形狀的任務(wù)。

Project description: Participate in the language description and imagination of the players in the state of blindfolded eyes. Finish the task of putting the rope in a certain shape.

項(xiàng)目意義：此活動考察團(tuán)隊(duì)在陌生環(huán)境中的應(yīng)變力和決策力，通過黑暗狀態(tài)下的語言表述，使團(tuán)隊(duì)成員理解領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的形成與溝通的重要性。

Project significance: The activity examines reaction capacity and decision-making power of the team in a strange environment. Make members of the team to understand the importance of leadership formation and communication through language expression in a dark state.

注意事項(xiàng)： 

1、著裝要求輕便，不著裙裝，西裝、皮鞋等，鞋子需運(yùn)動休閑防滑鞋。

2、聽從教練安排和牢記動作要領(lǐng)，按操作流程和安全步驟進(jìn)行，嚴(yán)禁擅作主張，不聽指揮與協(xié)調(diào)。

Notice:

1. Dress casual, don't wear skirt, suits, leather shoes. Shoes should be casual, anti-skid, and suitable for sports.

2. Follow the coach's instructions and keep in mind the essentials. Follow the operation procedure and safety steps. It is strictly forbidden to make a decision without authorization, not to listen to the command and coordination.
